The Front Line Kids are an integral part of the Rotary Lombardi Award® and for 50 years have attended the event as our special guests.

It is a memorable time when our four finalists, the nation's top college linemen and other celebrety athletes visit Texas Children's and MD Anderson Pediatric Cancer Centers.

Thanks to amazing progress in cancer research, overall survival rates for childhood leukemia are now 90% compared to less than 20% fifty years ago. However, other cancer survival rates remain low.
